Job Purpose:
Meet sales objectives by identifying, developing and supporting new and existing channels partners; monitoring results; increasing sales; maximizing revenues. 

Duties:
  • Identify and target potential partners for product distribution opportunities as well as increase partner sales through trainings and product awareness. 
  • Establishes product distribution opportunities by exploring relationships with resellers, distributors, dealers, retailers, systems integrators, franchisers, and licensees; negotiates contracts.
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Improves product opportunities by monitoring competitive products; recommending improvements; monitoring customer service team interaction with customers.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
 
 
 
Skills/Qualifications:
Must have a proven and documented track record of meeting Channel Sales goals/quota, Channel Development, Product Knowledge, Persuasion, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Results Driven, Channel Management, Motivation for Sales, Self-Confidence, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Strategic Planning.
